Recently we were deeply moved by an inspirational letter from a client in York, whose journey to recovery was transformed by the unwavering dedication of her care team. Now similar warmth of appreciation has also reached our Worcester office, with heartfelt cards and letters pouring in from families expressing gratitude for the care their loved ones are receiving.
One of these came from the family of an elderly lady who, following the loss of her spouse, sought our assistance. This short-term arrangement spanned a month before the client moved to London to be closer to the family, and involved the Blossom Worcester team overseeing her medication and visiting in evenings to assist with personal care.
Despite the relatively brief period of care, the impact was no less profound, and her family’s gratitude was kindly expressed through a card sent to the team.
