This year’s International Stress Awareness Week takes place between 7-11 November.
First created in 2018, this major annual event was originally designed to raise awareness about stress prevention. Now however, it also focuses on stress management and campaigning against the stigma associated with stress and mental health issues.
This year’s theme is centred around Working Together to Build Resilience and Reduce Stress. And given the deep impact stress can have on those who find themselves caring for loved ones, it’s a message we are very happy to endorse.
