Having worked in the health and social care sector for several years, Subash Sivapandi and his brother Santosh, know only too well the problems that can be associated with good care delivery. This is in complete contrast to companies I’ve worked with previously where shorter visits were often cut even shorter for carers to travel between their appointments; time the client was actually paying for.”
